Cancellations: There are no refunds for cancellations. All cancellations or “no shows” will forfeit the full payment. This policy is in place due to multiple people not showing up or cancelling on the day, which prevents other clients from accessing much-needed support.

Rescheduling: Changes must be made at least 36 hours before your appointment. Reschedules within 36 hours incur a $50 fee. Rescheduling on the day is treated as a cancellation and the full payment is forfeited.
