My wife and I went to see Susan to fix a few issues that we felt would impact our relationship if we did not address them. My wife and I felt strong in our relationship but now after seeing Susan we feel solid, strong and powerful. We have progressed so much, even after 28 years of marriage. The first few sessions I felt like it was personal attack on myself, but after some reflection and finding a way to communicate my feelings. Susan was able to break down the root cause of my little issues and help me understand them.I can not thank Susan enough for being able to help our marriage progress to a new level.

Deciding to seeing someone for relationship issues is stereotypically considered a failure.Walking into Susan's room for a session, all feelings of shame and failure are left at the door.You'll be welcomed with a kind heart and an open ear.You'll be made to feel validated and understood not only from your own perspective but your partners.Susan takes the time to get to know you and the way you comprehend information. She delivers words of wisdom, advise and brings clarity to your inner thoughts if needed.Couples Counciling and personal counselling isn't a magical fix, it takes personal growth and Susan will help you take those steps. She will guide and navigate you through the issues you bring up and give you the tools to succeed.Oh and did I mention you may bring your pooch along with you if you need the support or buffer. (needless to say they must be well mannered and trained, but are welcomed non the less)

Susan is an amazing couples counsellor. We had some things to work on due to my work injury that turned things upside down. Susan was able to pick things apart and work on improving the little things then the bigger things. Don't go in there thinking it's all going to be a bed of roses it's not. It gets sad, it gets ugly, it feels personal but it has to for her to help you on your own or you as a couple. I honestly can't say enough thank you's to her for how she ripped off the band aid for us and fixed the wounds that were underneath.No Medicare rebate but truly worth the money to get you on the right track again. So worth every cent.

Susan is absolutely brilliant. She is kind, compassionate, and empathetic but also able to help through the process of understanding the issues and concerns. Susan is just amazing in so many ways.

Susan has been an abundance of help in saving our marriage. We began our marriage counselling sessions when it was at breaking point. With Susan's support, guidance, strategies and patience, we are now in a much stronger and united marriage. We will be eternally grateful to her for encouraging us not to quit and see the good in our union.

Following problems with our relationship over a period of time, both my wife Lyn & myself agreed to meet Susan (Counsellor). Both of us were a little apprehensive at the beginning, but Susan was great in getting to the issues that were leading to our relationship problems. Talks more than she listens, highly judgemental, looks at her phone, lacks basic people skills. I have seen many councellors and she is by far, the worst i have ever seen. I am writing this review because after seeing another amazing councellor today, I told her about a horrible experience with a certain councellor that I had a few weeks ago. She said, 'was it Susan from tuggerah' and I said yes. Wow how did you know? She said because many people come to her after seeing Susan and complain about how lousy her services are. I said, why do people still go to her? She said because the people that complain usually don't write reviews. I thought I'd let it go but after hearing that I'm not the only one, I decided to write about it to warn others. So here is the warning.... Book with this councellor at your own risk.

Susan has been an amazing councillor for my partner and I with couple therapy. She really listens and is not bias towards one person. Her advice and guidance has really helped our relationship tremendously in only a matter of 3 sessions. We can’t thank Susan enough and will continue to keep seeing her. Highly Recommend!!

Susan has helped my wife and I to communicate better. Improve in our relationship and resolve issues we were having.I have been to another Counsellor in the past and they were good, although i never felt comfortable enough to completely open up.During and after each session with Susan, my wife and I opened up more and more, now after the 6th session we are even more respectfully lovingly connected with each other.The fee for our couples therapy with Susan is worth every cent.

susan is amazing she is counselling my daughter atm and is really understanding. my daughter really likes her because she's understanding and can emphathise my daughter is 12 and I highly recommend susan
